What I liked

Not having lived in this area very long and having heard the negative comments of others I was very concerned when it was necessary for me to have an emergency admission. I was well looked after, nothing was too much trouble and even though all the staff were extremely busy they were all cheerful and welcoming and reassuring to me.

What could be improved

I was admitted over the weekend period and did not get a breakfast drink till after 9am, much too long a gap when you consider the time evening drinks are provided.
