"We can't find any negatives"

I recently had an emergency situation with one of my eyes .... sudden worsening of a cataract and as it turned out also a badly torn retina.    Many heartfelt thanks to Mr Herbert and his Fellow, Lorenzo, and all the nursing team both on Limpsfield Ward and the Out Patients Eye Clinic.  

I had a surgical procedure at very short notice and have had a great result!     Highly professional, efficient, caring and friendly are just a few qualities of this awesome team at East Surrey Hospital.

Also, purely coincidentally, my wife is an out patient at the same Eye Clinic and has regular injections for macular degeneration on Limpsfield Ward so attends on a more regular basis.    

She's full of praise for the team and adds there always a relaxed and calm atmosphere on Limpsfield Ward. Anxious patients (about to get an eye injection!) are given reassuring care.

We can't find any negatives. Obviously you can have a bit of a wait sometimes in the Out Patient Eye Clinic but the counter to that is patients get the time they need with the specialist.

All in all ...five star rating!
