"Woefully inadequate parking!!!!"

About: University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust

Being able to park (fees irrespective) on an already stressful and worrying visit to hospital with a newly diagnosed chronic illness should be taken as a given.

On a mid week, mid day visit this proved impossible and I had to leave my husband to see his consultant on his own whilst I drove away from the site to park. By the time I had walked back his appointment was over!!! There are double red lines over the whole site (understandable) so I couldn't even wait within walking distance for him.

For a newly built, massive hospital this is unbelievable and I know I am not alone in this observation.
