What I liked
Attitude of nursing and support staff.
What could be improved
As usual, communication with and among consultants and doctors could improve. Talk with the patient and listen to their questions. Try to look less rushed even if you are in a hurry, if you do not you might inhibit patients from asking questions or telling you things about their condition.
