What I liked

I took my 85 year old mother for assessment of a possible DVT, and although she was feeling anxious the staff were absolutely wonderful, and within a few minutes she was cracking jokes and enjoying having so much attention. They were all extremely professional and yet friendly, and my mother is looking forward to her visit next week. I cannot praise them enough, and would love to once again say thank you for achieving such a high standard.
