"Desperate"

I am now left in a very difficult position. I have lost confidence in the medical profession. Letters from consultants and community staff to Graham Road contain glaring errors. Despite this, these letters are being filed on my records without being checked. Incorrect tests are being requested so treatment is being delayed or not happening at all. . I am not one to waste GP time but having had major surgery for pancreatic cancer, bi-lateral embolisms and all the subsequent complications, feel I should be able to depend on the support of my GP, but no-one seems to care and I am now left without the much needed, on-going care, I know I need. This practice needs to get back to basics and make it person centred rather than the staff centred practice it is becoming. There seems little point in contacting the surgery direct to voice concerns as they are simply 'swept under the carpet' and promises of a return call go unheeded
