"A wonderful, caring, hospital"

What I liked

From my arrival at A&E through to the whole of my stay in hospital I recieved excellent care. The sister in the A&E was wonderful but unfortunately I do not have her name (admission date was 26/5/2011). The doctor in A&E was wonderful too and helped me immensely. Once on ward 7, the treatment I recieved from the staff was exceptional especially a nurse. The surgeon who performed my operation was excellent and very reassuring as was the anesthetist. I can't praise everone enough from beginning to end and I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone, especially as a hospital I visited a few days earlier had sent me home without checking the urine specimen they had asked for despite me asking a nurse three times if she wanted it. My treatment at the earlier hospital was appalling so it was quite refreshing to be looked after so well in Good Hope. Sorry to waffle on but I cannot praise this hospital enough.

What could be improved
