I did not like the way my mother was treated and has had her operation cancelled 4 times in a few weeks!!, When we tried to get the new operation date we were advised the one and only Appointments officer is on holiday for a Week and no date could be given until next week, Disgraceful treatment! To be prepared and raring for surgery to have it repeatly moved around is cruel and unfair!

The Trust is Providing gold standard patient care is one of the Trust’s key objectives so it is always concerned to learn that patients have received a suboptimal experience. Without full details of this specific case it is difficult to comment, but if the patient would like to write to the Trust we would welcome the opportunity to respond directly to them.
