What I liked

Excellent treatment and warm, friendly, attentive, caring staff with great sense of humour who patently enjoy their work..

What could be improved

Communication by reception staff who directed me to wait in the second waiting area next to the Cardio Thoracic clinic: nobody noticed that I had waited there for 80 minutes. This delay caused the pacemaker implementation team in the Rotherwick Foundation Cardiology Department to think I had not turned up for my 10a.m. appointment. I understand a similar thing happened with another patient that morning. logo
