"I would not wish this level of care on..."

What could be improved

My wife is in this hospital at the moment and is being treat with the most disgusting level of care!

She went in on the 28th of may at 19:00 approx, and has been there still with zero Progression on her case, she has two probelms one with bowl and one with gyne, and both consultatns are passing the buck between one another and have been for almost a week! Meanwhilst my wife is lying in a bed in agony!

I will be taking matters further tommorow morning ( 2/6/2011 ) with the help of my solisitor and fileing for neglegence and neglet.

Also when my wife was 14weeks pregnant we had to go to A&E with very heavey bleeding from the dowstiars and were left for almost 14hrs in a room till we were seen too.

I am from newcastle upon tyne and when ever i was seen there it was far greater care than this shambles of a hospital.

I am glad however many seem to have had good experiences whilst beeing there but there are alot of us who are not being treat with the same level of care and professionalism.

I do hope somone reads this and does somthing about it!
