"Unprofessional, Uncaring and Useless"

What could be improved
Staff were rude and unhelpful. attended Fracture clinic and was told they needed to let my injur heal a week then then review and perform surgery before break healed incorrectly. However couldnt fit me in for appointment and seemed disinterested in trying meaning i was left with break that may never heal correctly
Anything else?
Admin staff who i spoke to on phone was extremely unprofessional and didnt seem to care in the slightest
