What I liked

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the ENP and all his staff, including friendly receptionist, for the excellent way you have treated me on 21.5.2011 at 17.03 after having a fall while mountain biking in Dalby Forest and fractured left clavicle. The department was busy at the time but I was seen and treated within 15 min and the ENP took time to explain what needed doing and more importantly did not rush. Such a friendly and understanding system and staff was a real bonus, and the general smartness and cleanliness were a pleasure to see. Best wishes for the future and once again thanks for everything.
