"Not very happy or satisfied at all."

What I liked

My mother in law is severely disabled and is supposed to have regular nursing home visits. She started getting them at 5 times a week but they were cut down to 1 time aweek without warning or consultation with either family memebers or doctors. Now they very rarely visit and when they do are veri dissmissive, arrogant and bullying towards her.

What could be improved

I would like to see more regular visits re-instated and caring, sympathetic and good nurses to attend.
