What I liked

Availability of a specialist cardiac nurse practitioner in A &E who was able to explain clearly exactly what needed to be done and why.

What could be improved

The Doctor in A &E who also saw my husband, was difficult to understand and superfical. He was not wearing a identify card so it was not possible to know his name or his rank. Thank goodness for the cardiac nurse prationer, without her we would have been confused and concerend.
