What I liked

My daughter had a bad head injury on Sunday 29th May in the afternoon and I was able to take her quickly to our local casualty dept at West Cornwall. The staff were absolutely wonderful- nurses and doctor - and she received excellent treatement in good time and with little fuss, which took some of the trauma out of a difficult time. Panicking, and with another younger child to think of too, I do not know how we would have managed to get to Truro if that were the nearest available Casualty. On top of that the hospital environment was immaculate, the staff kind and professional and I am so very, very grateful and relieved that we have this facility in Penzance. Thank you all concerned.
