"Terrible doctors"

The nurses are absolutely brilliant at the surgery and have never had any issues. The problem is the doctors, I went to a doctor for a concern I had about a lump and the doctors response is what do you think it is? Did you Google it? For a doctor this is not acceptable. I don't care that you are busy I am just as entitled to treatment as I pay my taxes. My husband went to the doctor with a potential ear infection had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment to which he was told to continue to use an over the counter option. When asked for a referral letter to utilise the companies private healthcare options it was advised another appointment was needed. We are trying to make your life easier by going elsewhere why not give a referral. I'm so disappointed as I have no choice to change doctors and it's a shame that for such a large area these are the doctors that you are left with. Let the nurses run the surgery as they are the only ones who know what they are doing and are professional!
