I had a blood test and I received a letter to say I had to make an appointment to discuss the results of my blood test. I phoned the reception to book an appointment the receptionist said if I wanted I could book a telephone consultation, where a doctor would phone me. Now because I'm not very good on the phone due to a stroke I find it hard to understand. I said no, they then said I can book you an appointment for 4-20.
I attended this appointment only to be told I had a telephone appointment. They told me at the doctors surgery that I had to phone the doctor in the waiting room and speak to them from the other room.
When I asked him what's the difference to talking to me face to face, they told me they would write to me with the results about my blood test. A very very poor service, total waste of time and added stress to my condition.
"horrendous service"
