What I liked
On arriving at the hospital main entrance I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who found me a volunteer who came out to my car with a wheel chair to collect my 84 year old father who needed an X-Ray. Ian could not have been more helpful, taking my father to Radiology and making sure he was OK. After I'd parked the car I made my own way to Radiology and met my father who was being well cared for.
I wheeled him back to reception where the volunteer happened to be, he looked after Dad whilst I went to fetch the car.
In total we were there for no more than 45 minutes with all care being taken throughout. Thank you! Especially to your volunteers!!
What could be improved
Parking.
Anything else?
Thank goodness for the volunteers.
