What I liked

The one and only consultant who actually helped me... everyone else was about to tell me to go Away when one female consultant told me that the results of my tests didn't seem right to her, and it turned out that I had breast cancer!

So thank you to her.

What could be improved

The ability to listen to their patients.

not to make empty promises on surgery bookings!

to listen to other experts outside of the NHS.

to not belittle their patients.

not to bully their patients.

Anything else?

There is a lot that can be improved, probably too much to list here!

I don't like my Oncologist, he is rude a bully and feels the need to completely overrule everyone... he doesn't listen to any other opinion other than his.

I have asked to see someone else but was told that l don't have the option, the NHS seems to have forgotten that the patients opinion does matter.

The NHS feels that any expert outside of the NHS knows nothing... best get their facts right because this expert has proven them wrong on countless occasions.
