What I liked

Efficient effective triage - was seen in 5 minutes - Doctor discussed treatment plan - all nursing staff knew plan of action - able to use phone to inform next of kin - all staff spoke and were caring and considerate. Ward staff welcoming - theatre staff very efficient. Many many thanks for the respect and expertise shown by all.
