What I liked

The NHS comes in for a lot of criticism, and I have first hand experiences of some aspects of it, but I must say that these have on the whole been out of the area. That said, as usual, my recent experience as a day patient at the Westmorland was faultless. I was treated with friendliness and respect throughout. Well done.

Anything else?

From a safety of the staff point of view, the examination area was very restricted, and the nurse was obliged to step over various pieces of equipment to switch a machine on at the wall. logo
