About: Darlington Memorial Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

Dear Sirs,

I was rather dismayed to read in Fridays Northern Echo that the Darlington Memorial Hospital had not come up to scratch. You are an easy target for when they (Media) are criticised they squeal, Good News does not sell Newspapers.

With my experience when I have to visit Hospital for treatment, this is not so, Staff have always been very courteous and helpful to treat me and put my anxiety to rest.

On my visit last Friday to your Audio logical department, everyone from the Receptionist to the Technician were as usual, most helpful with little waiting time and my Hearing problem solved.

This was especially of one member of staff who could not do enough to help me?

Please pass my thanks to all in this department for a job well done and keep up the good work.
