What I liked
I heard this morning on LBC radio that The Royal Free did not treat elderly patients well; that there was no water or the food out of reach for some patients. I cannot disagree more.I am well over 80 years old and had a total knee op. I can only praise the nursing staff and others about the wonderful care I have received during my stay in the hospital which lasted 5 days.Even at night there was an immediate response to my needs. I can only wonder what happened to the person who complained so much as to publish it nationwide. I would certainly recommend this hospital and its very competent staff.
What could be improved
One thing I would think could be improved is the food. When one compares it with the food that is served in the restaurant of the hospital one can only wonder who makes such terrible food. I must say that most of the time I could not eat it. Sorry about that.
