"No consistent help between services"

About: Tolworth Hospital

(as a service user),

I’d prefer a female dr, I feel my psych lacks empathy.

Was told by ICOPE to get a referral for PTSD clinic. They said no for reasons that were nothing to do with my case and was bemused as to where they got their info.

Pysch asked on 2 occasion was I in the army (stigma) said no I was abused. Told all that was available was stepps: (already done stepps and stairways)

No care coordinator though I don’t use phone/agoraphobic.

Wouldn’t let me reduce anti d though apparently it’s patient centric.  PD stigmatised! Too long waiting for therapy. No consistent help between Council/social/MH/GP. Highly Triggering.
