"Terrible service"

I have been at this surgery for years and have found them to be terrible with prescriptions. I have lifelong medication and it seems whenever I try to collect it it is never there, even if I put in a repeat the week before. Recently my prescription has also been cut from being allowed to have a 3 month batch, something I was unaware of until I tried to collect it and was told it wasn't here as my three month batch had been cancelled. I struggle with anxiety, something the surgery is treating me for and all they seem to give me is extra stress. They have caused me to nearly have a panic attack by being so unorganised with my prescription.
