I feel so strongly about this I felt that I had to write a review.
Firstly, one receptionist is the most unhelpful, unfriendly person that I have ever experienced. Bearing in mind that the people that want to speak with them are concerned about health issues, they have no bedside manner and answers everything with Yes or No! Be aware you should know in advance what the surgery opening and booking times are, they get very annoyed and keeps cutting you off. Why on earth anyone would put someone with so few skills in a first point of contact role is anyone business. I feel like crying every time I speak with them.
The doctor and nurses are excellent, however, cannot fault them. They are thorough, pleasant and friendly and you never feel rushed or that you are wasting their time. I am sure with a better receptionist the surgery would get better reviews. Do something about this please
