What could be improved

First time I rang the early pregnancy scan unit for appointment the clinical clerk was extremely rude to me. She did not provide me with an appointment but was not even helpful with guidance where I was trying to explain her that I am bleeding during my 6 week and I could be miscarrying and I need an appointment asap....but she hardly cared...she said every patient is important and that this is not the way we work...you cant get an appointment immediately and I was given an appointment after 2 days.
