What I liked

Our family would like to thank the Staff at St Cross for the caring manner in which they treated my mother Sarah in her final illness. She was treated with great kindness and everything was done for her that could be done.

We were impressed with the efficiency of the nursing staff and how caring the doctors were as they told us of Mum’s deteriorating condition. Even the ladies who brought the tea trolley round were supportive.

On the whole our difficult time was made so much better by the knowledge that Mum was being treated so well.

This is a lovely hospital with great, friendly staff. We hope it will be re-opened as a general hospital so we can be treated here rather than travel miles to Coventry.

What could be improved
