"pre op assessment at kims hospital"

This morning i went for my pre op assessment at the Kims hospital.

Seen before time by a lovely nurse,the procedure I am having done in April. its the one on the form they have,  I am supposed to be having left partial knee replacement,not arthroscopy  and repair,which I had done in September 2017 at medway maritime hospital.

I forgot to take my clinic letter which states its left knee partial replacement, I have emailed the doctor's secretary to let her know so it can be sorted out,but haven't heard back yet, it's just making me feel really anxious knowing the details they have is wrong
