"Endoscopy Department"

I was booked in to have a colonoscopy on March 1st and I must praise this department and all the staff that work within it.

I have had a lot of appointments in this department over the last 24 years as I have an incurable illness and the professionalism of the staff is first class.

The department has been refurbished and the waiting area is much improved with a television that was brought with funds raised from a cake sale.

The staff were excellent, kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained from beginning to end and any concerns that you had were sorted out by the staff.

The procedure is quite unpleasant but the staff who were with you throughout it were very caring and genuinely concerned about your comfort.
