What I liked

I do not have the name of the doctor/technician who handled my case, but he was exceptional. He explained everything to me very clearly -- not only what he was doing but what was going to happen. He was friendly with a good sense of humor, but at the same time he made sure that I was not worried about any of the diagnostics and proposed treatment. All of this at the end of what must have been a very long day for him and the rest of the staff. I hope that these comments are relayed to the head of his department, so that he can receive the congratulations that he deserves.

What could be improved

I was seen 45 minutes after my appointment time, but this didn't particularly bother me, I am aware that there are very many patients to be seen.
