What I liked

My toddler daughter spent four days on the Caroline Thorpe Ward recently. I was really impressed with the level of care afforded to her by not only the nurses, but the assistants and consultants were also very keen to help and make her stay as gentle and acceptable as possible. The food choices were acceptable and all the staff did their best to put us at ease. It was a ahorrible experience but made better by the caring and hard working staff. Thank you.

What could be improved

Communal areas not that clean.
