What I liked

After twice spending time as an inpatient in Lincoln and having numerous out-patient visits to Lincoln and Grantham I was transferred to the surgical team at Nottingham Treatment Centre. I have no complaints about any staff at Lincoln or Grantham, but my experience at Nottingham put the services in Lincolnshire to shame. A spacious, spotlessly clean centre. Whereas all my previous appointments were always 30 minutes to an hour late, I was actually seen 5 minutes prior to my appointment time and despite having to give a blood sample I was pulling out of the car park 20 minutes after my original appointment time. A model for the future of the NHS. I am delighted that I will be having my surgery at such an outstanding facility.
