What I liked
Clinical Audiology staff were excellent - efficient, courteous, informative and helpful.
Good technology.
Modern clean environment.
What could be improved
Information management - patient was asked same questions several times by different staff.
Speed of the pathway - 7 weeks between me requesting GP referral and today's assessment apointment, to be followed by 8 weeks to hearing aids fitting appointment.
Patient did not receive any information before the appointment eg about what to expect, where to go, where to park.
