What I liked

My son was taken to A&E by paramedics after a fall from a bicycle and then on to an overnight stay on the children's ward. He received exceptional care throughout and we were professionnaly treated at all times with care, compassion and a gentle appropriate humour to minimise trauma and upset. I cannot begin to thank those involved or praise them high enough, but special mention must go to two staff members in unit A807 and one in A&E. Quite simply thank you.
