"Excellent service"

Attended the surgery today after a particularly upsetting week.

We found out on Tuesday at a dermatology appointment that the local dermatology service was closing and therefore my daughter would have to be re referred to St Marys Hospital and she would have to wait 4 months to be seen even though she was already in the system and had completed all steps necessary for her to be prescribed with medication that would solve her problem.

She was extremely upset as was I so we booked an appointment with our GP to see if there was anything that we could do to help her in the meantime.

The doctor we saw today could not have been more understanding and supportive of my daughter and we believe we may have found a solution.

This is not an isolated incident we have used this surgery for over 30 years and the service has always been first class.

From antenatal to post surgery care they are brilliant.

I would recommend them to anyone and am very grateful to have the use of their practice on my doorstep.
