What could be improved

Communication, no explanation or appology for a 2 hour wait, then to be told the doctors had gone for lunch, so i'm not sure who the staff member was who looked in my ears and said I would be sent for in a years time.

My appointment was for 11.05am I was finally called through at 1.10pm.

Anything else?

What is the point in making an appointment, I understand there may be emergencies but over 2 hours with no explanation is unacceptable.
