What I liked

I entered the Surgical Centre and was greeted by an efficient, friendly lady, I was shown my bed which had my gown etc., ready. I went to theatre and then woke up on Halley Ward. The Staff on the ward were exceptional, very hard working, and efficient. I felt that nothing was too much trouble for them, even when dealing with a few patients who were less than co-operative. Thank you all for making what was a very worrying time for me, so much easier. Keep up the good work. May I also say that the cleaning staff on both the Surgical Centre and Halley Ward were tireless in their cleaning, wiping and polishing both wards were spotless.

What could be improved

Parking was a problem, but we managed

Thank you to the Theatre staff, I was very nervous and they chatted away to me and made me relax
