What I liked
Care and treatment was very good and professional, but what I was more impressed with and what I have seen change over the last 4 decades or so was the atmosphere in the hospital. I stayed in from 8am til 6pm as I had an adverse reaction to the anesthetic and was treated well and with warmth and compassion in a relaxed atmosphere. Either all the nurses were very good actors or they all seemed to genuinely care about all the patients in thier care which to me is the most important thing but not easily or in my opinion regularly achieved in much of our society.
What could be improved
Drs/Consultants could be a bit friendlier, more approachable and more forthcoming with information, which again is not easy as all people are different and often not easy to communicate with but again in my opinion it is a priority in both reasurring the patient and also making sure the correct treatment is prescribed.
Far more positives than negatives and I personally noticed a big change in atmosphere to far more relaxed and warm in a stressful envoironment that needs the utmost professional but they did it!
