What I liked

I was sent to Watford General by my GP for some blood tests. There was a slight wait, but the waiting time was explained. When I was seen, the lady who took my blood samples was extremely efficient and skilled while making every effort to put me at my ease and ensure that I was comfortable.

Although this was an extremely short visit for a routine test, I would like to take the opportunity to thank the staff for their good work.

What could be improved

It is a little creepy to have all the blood tests right next to the cafe. I can't see how this could be changed, but it is just a thought.
