What I liked

My son had a 13-day stay in hospital starting in A&E, where he was assessed and moved to the triage ward, then up to Wivenhoe ward. Throughout the stay we were hugely impressed with the dedication and work ethic of all the staff - senior consultants, porters, radiographers, the staff bringing round the food, nurses, volunteers, hospital DJ, you name it. You don't really want to be staying in hospital a long time, but the staff and the ward made it bearable.

What could be improved

Not enough parking space!
