"Simply exceptional"

Hello, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team at Ward 7 for their care and professionalism. The level of care I received in clearly an over stretched ward, with such high demand for personal care was simply exceptional. 

The senior sister on the ward was continually visible and incredibly hands and a credit to the BGH which shone through in the efficiency and diligence in the team in Ward 7. 

I would like to thank Claire, the sister who looked after me on my first night  to Ward 7 for the diligence off care she gave me and time she took to ensuring my level of care was met, keeping me fully informed off my condition and giving the assurance that I needed. Absolute credit to the nursing profession and the BGH.

I would also like to thank the auxiliary (gentleman with no hair) for the cleanliness and complete accuracy he completed his cleaning role again an absolutely credit to the BGH he should be used as a mentor in this role, again for his complete professionalism in dealing with patients. 

I hope the people mentioned are given the feedback and recognition.
