"Not professional enough for everyday..."

What could be improved

I am about to move into the area from Hampshire and was disgusted with the difficulty of the website to find out opening times for the phlebotomy departments, I can only hope that the service is more user friendly than the website. I thought a search engine was an aid but I find it an impossibility on your website. You seem to be caught up in the goverments need to give useless information when useful information is sadly lacking. The last thing somebody who is ill needs is to come up against this disappointing, woeful obstacle.
