What I liked

I attended the minor injury unit recently for treatment following an accident. The staff were exceptional in their care and attention towards me and my relatives. I found their manner and approach freindly and their advise clear and understanding. Throughout the treatment they explained fully and in terms i could understand and were very reasurring. The follow up treatment was explained and i was invited to return at any time if there was a problem.
