I have been looked after by the Rheumatology Department at the "Alex"since June 2008. My treatment has been fist class and I have been attended to with apropriate dignity and respect. Thank you

It is always pleasing to hear that our patients have had a positive experience but we are always looking for new ways to improve both the quality of our service and the experience that each of our patients have; our patients often spend a significant amount of time being treated by our clinical teams so getting it right is important to us particularly given that patients can often spend many years being treated by our teams.
