"Abuse from Doctors and Nurses"

I was waiting for a appointment and saw the nurses running around up and down before I got in the room which was 10am and I got in at 10.30am Not bad to say they had not opened long ago,

The nurse in question looked so stressed by time pressure it was scary, everything they were doing was a rush, they asked to take my blood from my arm, they put the needle in my vein and Carried on pushing it till nearly all the needle went in my arm it was killing me I was in agony,

I did not dare say anything just hoped they would not hurt me, I could not talk because it was hurting me so much, they took x4 different vials and each one killed, it was like a knightmare, the nurse gave me a sample bottle for my urine test and sealed It up with the blood vials because of chaos and rushing,

I have had this done I would guess over 1,000 times as I have had a chronic illness for over 30 yrs and never oh never have I had treatment like this, I have a massive bruise now and lots of pain in my arm,

I have phoned the surgery to complain only to advise the manager how bad the treatment was so it does not happen to anyone else but the manager could not be bothered to call me back,

On the positive side one particular doctor does look after me but there are abusive Dr's who have abused saying things like you have a gammy neck,

I thought Dr's should be supportive and good to there patients I would not recommend them at the present time

I blame the manager for not having the correct amount of staff not the nurse who was so rushed that they made many mistakes !!!!!
