What I liked

Staff were kind and involved me in all decisions. The room and equipment were exceptionally clean and even the tools were laid out in perfect rows - I always notice things like that. The staff worked very well together and the procedure was completely painless. The nurse kept asking every so often just in case and i could raise my hand also if i needed them to stop - which i did not. I do not do well in social situations but the staff seemed to understand and i did not feel pressured or harrassed. I wish all of the hospital could be like that.

What could be improved

As this is about one department I will stick just to that experience. I wish the parking was easier because the amount of times people kept losing the card and spending ages trying to find it again. Parking is sometimes difficult there also.

Anything else?

The receptionist was great and when a tv show that is controversial came on she changed the channel automatically - it made me laugh. Especially as the person who came with me wanted to watch it.
