What I liked
i took my son to A&E whilst on holiday in great yarmouth as his gastrostomy tube had become dislodged, as he is only 3 years old i was as concerned with taking to a enviroment which can be unpleasent with other patients being drunk/agressive but i was pleasently surprised that this hospital has a seperate waiting room for children. my son was seen within 10 minutes and we were back enjoying our holiday within an hour after beening seen by 2 doctors and the problem sorted out and explained to us. many many thanks to this A&E department for the speedy and friendly treatment of my son.
What could be improved
other hospitals could learn from your department.
