What I liked

The nurses, consultants and anaesthatists looked after me so well for what was a very difficult procedure for me. I was made to feel very comfortable and aware of what was going to happen and what the risks were.

The nurses were sympathetic and caring and looked after me from the moment I arrived until when I was discharged.

This was my best ever NHS experience and I would thoroughly recommend the hospital. Do not be put off by the exterior (which I think looks like a power plant!), inside it's fine!
