"Excellent children's ward, fantastic..."

What I liked

Having visited my nephew on the chlldren's ward over Easter I'd just like to say how fantastic all the staff were. I haven't met such friendly and welcoming staff anywhere else. The support assistants were great and had a good sense of humour, interacted with the children well and were happy to give a little surplus food to other child visitors! The care and professionalism of the nurses was superb and the doctors visited frequently and were happy to answer any questions.The facilities for parents were welcomed and the upstairs cafe served good value nutrition. Even the parking issues were resolved with the production of a parking pass if staying for 5 days. :-)
